    • Built the offline mode for the delivery-station associate app, keeping all critical process paths running through network outages and system failures — protecting ~1.3M packages a year from missing their delivery promise.
    • Cut mean time to resolution for high-severity tickets from hours or days to minutes with an AI on-call orchestration platform: service-specific skill files and agent specs that triage issues, route them to the right engineer's Slack, and execute the dispatched fixes. Saves ~15 on-call hours a week, now spreading org-wide with adoption requests from other Amazon orgs.
    • Hardened monitoring and resilience across station systems to surface hard-to-detect anomalies and catch disruptions before they escalate into business impact for delivery stations.
